Monologue Reflection
Learning my monologue was an interesting experience. In my monologue I did well with blocking. I had a lot of movement during it which helped me to remember my lines. What was challenging about this was memorization. In my monologue some of the lines could make sense in multiple places so it was hard not to interchange them. In addition it was challenging not to go to fast with my lines. I would often talk too fast so it was hard for the audience to understand what I was saying. Overall I improved on my facial expressions. At certain points I had to look scared and at others I needed to look arrogant and brag about my supposed bravery. These expressions were essential to my monologue making sense and were definitely biggest improvement over the course of this project.
